Next year, as businesses adopt AI in retail, shopping will evolve. For instance, imagine opening a present and realizing it’s the wrong size or not quite what you wanted. Predictive AI will help solve this. By feeding AI data about our preferences, we can reduce returns. Moreover, AI will know our exact sizes and what we like, making gift-giving more accurate.
AI’s Role in Inventory Management
Another area where AI will help is inventory management for retailers. How many times have you searched for something, only to find it out of stock or only available far away? AI will help retailers predict how much stock they need, reducing shortages and overstocking.
Data Privacy and the Future of AI
